It's okay to not be okay 

We know that mental health is a continuum - you can feel well but need some guidance or you can feel not so well and need some support.

As an accredited Coach and Educational Psychologist, I can help you understand and manage whatever life throws at you, and how to do it successfully. I believe that you have the strength not just to survive, but to truly thrive.

We all have areas of life that we could use a bit of support with and it will be an ongoing process of change. The areas below are just some of the common emotions that we feel when we are not coping as well as we would like. They can creep up on us and before you know it, you feel overwhelmed (see my boiling frog blog).

Maybe you have all of these feelings but cannot articulate why, or what is going on, or what exactly it is that needs to change in your life, but something needs to change and you feel stuck.
